⚠ The Quantum Threat Is Not Future-Tense. It Is Now.

Every lock on the internet
is about to break.
We built the replacement.

Pilon Laboratories has invented the world's first post-quantum hardware security key, the world's first post-quantum blockchain designed to achieve post-quantum forward secrecy for signing authority at the transaction level, and a high-density optical encoding standard that governments will license. Two Canadian patents pending. One founder. One company. The exact moment history demanded it.

The Story

The cryptography protecting everything is about to be broken.
The window to be first is closing.

RSA and Elliptic Curve Cryptography protect 99% of the world's digital infrastructure — banking, healthcare, identity, and every cryptocurrency in existence. Both are mathematically solvable by a sufficiently powerful quantum computer. That computer is no longer theoretical.

⚠ Harvest Now, Decrypt Later

Nation-state adversaries are recording encrypted traffic today — banking transactions, corporate communications, blockchain signatures — to decrypt retroactively once quantum capability arrives. This is a documented, active intelligence strategy. The data being collected right now will be readable within a decade.

✓ The Regulatory Starting Gun Has Already Fired

NIST finalized post-quantum cryptography standards (FIPS 203/204) in August 2024. Canada's OSFI Guideline B-13 mandates PQC migration for all federally regulated financial institutions. The U.S. NSA CNSA 2.0 sets a 2030 hard deadline. The market for what PALLAS does is mandated by governments.

PALLAS

The world's first post-quantum
hardware security key.

PALLAS replaces YubiKey, Ledger, and IronKey simultaneously — at a lower combined cost — while rendering all three obsolete. It is the only hardware security key on earth that is quantum-resistant, biometrically gated, and delivers Perfect Forward Secrecy by destroying every signing key in under one millisecond.

⚛ QRNG — True Quantum Randomness

ID Quantique IDQ6MC1 chip measures quantum vacuum fluctuations. Every key derivation begins with entropy that no algorithm, adversary, or quantum computer can predict or reproduce.

🛡 Infineon SLE97 — EAL6+ Secure Element

Same security grade as biometric passports and banking HSMs. The private key is generated, signs, and is destroyed entirely inside the secure element. It never leaves.

👆 Biometric Liveness Gate — Every Operation

Every cryptographic operation requires a verified live fingerprint. Not a PIN. Not a tap. A living, liveness-detected human. Duress detection built in.

∞ Perfect Forward Secrecy — Post-Quantum

Every private key is generated from QRNG entropy, used exactly once, and hardware-confirmed destroyed in under 1 millisecond. No other hardware security key on the market does this.

Why no competitor can replicate this

  • Two CIPO patents pending — competitors must license or design around core claims
  • YubiKey 5 uses a single ECC keypair for a device's entire lifetime. PALLAS generates a new Dilithium5 keypair per operation and destroys it.
  • No portable device has ever achieved FIPS 140-3 Level 4. Titan Elite is designed to be first.

Product 2 of 3
XInfinitum — Ticker: XFIN

The most secure blockchain
ever built.

XInfinitum is a Layer 1 blockchain built from scratch for the post-quantum era. Every transaction is signed with an ephemeral Dilithium5 private key derived from a true quantum random seed — a key that self-destructs after a single use, making every historical signature physically impossible to recover.

🔶 The Quantum-Safe Refuge for Bitcoin

Bitcoin's secp256k1 cryptography will be broken by a quantum computer. XInfinitum allows BTC holders to bridge as a wrapped token (wBTC) and sign with ephemeral Dilithium5 keys — the first credible quantum-safe refuge for a $1.7 trillion asset class.

🤖 AI Validator Consensus + zkML Proofs

No energy-wasteful Proof-of-Work. No stake-concentration Proof-of-Stake. AI validators reach consensus and every decision is cryptographically auditable via zero-knowledge machine learning proofs.

💎 Praemium — Universal Dividend

Every verified human wallet receives an equal share of network transaction fees distributed monthly — not for staking capital, not for holding a minimum balance. Equal distribution. Every month.

Why this is unprecedented

Every existing blockchain reuses the same private key for every transaction from a given address. A sufficiently powerful quantum computer can derive the private key from any historical public key and drain every wallet retroactively. XInfinitum generates a unique QRNG-derived Dilithium5 key per transaction. No past key can ever be reconstructed.

HXC Code

A new standard in optical encoding.
Governments will pay for this.

The HXC Code is a novel high-density dual-channel 2D optical encoding format — CIPO filed April 15, 2026. Maximum capacity reaches 342 KB per code, across three independent physical layers invisible to each other without the correct illumination source.

🛂 Three Optical Layers — One Code

Visible layer — readable by standard cameras. UV layer — hidden without ultraviolet illumination. NIR layer — near-infrared only, invisible to human eyes and standard cameras. Each layer is cryptographically independent.

🛂 Passport & Identity Programs

A single HXC Code on a passport page can encode the full biometric record, travel history, and cryptographic signature chain — with UV/NIR layers readable only by authorized equipment. National-scale government licensing opportunity.

📦 Supply Chain & Anti-Counterfeit

Cryptographically verifiable product identity in a printable label — no special substrate required. Impossible to counterfeit without all three illumination channels.

The Differentiator No Competitor Has

Perfect Forward Secrecy.
The Way It Should Be.

XInfinitum — Perfect Forward Secrecy — A Post-Quantum Secured Blockchain

Perfect Forward Secrecy is a mathematical guarantee that compromise of any future key material cannot expose any past session, transaction, or authentication. Three requirements must all be met simultaneously. No existing consumer hardware key or blockchain meets any of them. PALLAS and XInfinitum meet all three — in hardware.

Requirement 1 — Ephemeral Key Per Operation

IDQ6MC1 QRNG generates a fresh Dilithium5 keypair from quantum vacuum entropy for every signing event. Completely unpredictable. Never reused. YubiKey/Bitcoin: same private key for the device's entire lifetime.

Requirement 2 — Verified Hardware Key Destruction

Infineon SLE97 (EAL6+) hardware-zeroizes the private key in SE RAM immediately after signing — confirmed by hardware before the operation returns. The key exists for under 1 millisecond.

Requirement 3 — No Derivability from Persistent State

On XInfinitum, QRNG entropy is never stored. No past signing key can ever be reconstructed — not with any computer, classical or quantum, at any point in the future.

The plain-language version

Imagine every password manager, hardware wallet, and hardware security key stores a master key. If someone gets that key — today, or with a future quantum computer — they can unlock everything you've ever done. PALLAS doesn't have a master signing key. Every key it ever used is already gone. There is nothing to find.

For the Press

Five angles. Pick the one that fits your audience.

🏛️

The Regulatory Story

NIST FIPS 204 is live. OSFI B-13 is mandating PQC migration for every Canadian bank. NSA CNSA 2.0 sets a 2030 deadline. The starting gun has fired and there is still no consumer PQC hardware key available anywhere in the world. PALLAS launches into a mandated market.

⚠️

The Threat Story

"Harvest Now, Decrypt Later" is a documented, active intelligence strategy. Every Bitcoin transaction ever recorded is vulnerable. Every YubiKey can be retroactively compromised. This is the story the industry hasn't answered.

🔶

The Bitcoin Story

Bitcoin is a $1.7 trillion asset class secured by cryptography that will be broken. XInfinitum is the first credible quantum-safe refuge for BTC — a wrapped bridge with Dilithium5 signing. No other chain has an answer.

🇨🇦

The Canadian Startup Story

A solo founder in Nova Scotia invented PALLAS and XInfinitum — the world's first post-quantum hardware security key and a quantum-safe blockchain — and filed two CIPO patents before raising a dollar. Pre-seed open now.

♾️

The PFS Story

PFS has existed in TLS for years — the concept is proven. No one has ever implemented it in consumer hardware or at the blockchain transaction level. PALLAS and XInfinitum are designed to be the first. The "why didn't anyone do this sooner" story.
